For maternity to be covered there must be a 10 month waiting period. If pregnancy occurs 2 months after buying the insurance and as long as the labor happens 10 months after you are insured then you are covered.

Air Ambulance - Up to $25,000 per case

Organ Transplant - Up to $250,000

Congenital Problems - Only if maternity was covered by the policy - Up to $25,000

Dialysis - $25,000 per year, $75,000 lifetime benefit

Physical Therapy - Up to $1,000 each year
